Deliver and collection

In the morning please take your child to their room, sign the attendance register and put the child's belongings in their locker. Prior to 8.30am children gather in the 0-2 years room where your child can then be taken to a staff member.

All children are to be brought to, and collected from, the centre by a responsible adult. A responsible adult must be 18 years and over. At the time or enrolment you are asked to nominate any other than yourself who will collect your child on a regular basis.

Whenever you deliver or collect your child from the centre you must not the time or admittance or departure and initial the attendance register in the child's room, If your child is absent for any reason the attendance register still needs to be completed for each day your child is booked to attend. See the office staff about signing previous registers.

When you deliver your child to the centre we ask that you come into the room and make contact with one of the teachers before leaving. Children are not to be left it the foyer areas.

The list of people with access to your child may be changed with written notification. When custody disputes occur it is particularly important to keep this list updated.

A court order must be sighted before we can legally deny access to a parent/guardian.

If you arrange for someone we don't know to collect your child, you must complete an "Authorised to Collect" form which you can obtain from the office. When complete, please submit this form to your child's classroom teacher. Please ensure that this person has appropriate identification with them.
