Our policy is to provide foods as nutritionally sound as possible using:
- Wholemeal Cereals
- Fresh vegetables
- Free range chicken eggs
- Low salt, low sugar recipes
- Limited choice of foods containing artificial additives
- Cooking methods such as steaming and braising to retain as many nutrients as possible.
We also provide an interesting and varied menu that is prepared for the month in advance and is on display in the foyer. Any special dietary requirements, food allergies or sensitivities should be discussed with the Director and alternative arrangements will be made with our Chef.
The Centre shall provide morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and a late snack (4.30-5.00pm), all served with water, juice or milk.
