Bangalay Child Care Centre aims to provide a consistent environment that is secure, warm and caring and is therefore designed to complement the child's home environment and provide optimum care and opportunity for development.

Educational activities are provided for your children to stimulate their imagination, creativity, decision-making and the development of language and expression. Our program enhances development of physical, cognitive, social and life skills with emphasis placed on each child as an individual and the nurturing do positive self-esteem in order for each child to reach their full potential.

The Centre displays an active acceptance of the fact that Australia is a multicultural society where different ethnic groups co-exist harmoniously.

We use a positive approach to guidance, consistently adhering to a positive guidance policy that encourages correct behaviour through positive reinforcement. Guidance must always encourage the individuality and confidence of children and never lower their self-esteem.

Children with additional needs will be accepted in the Centre. The staff will treat each child as an individual and will support his/her own additional needs.

Staff and parents form a team, supporting each other in the care and development of the child. Mutual respect and open communication are essential to ensure positive outcomes for each child.
