Please remember to sign and note the time of arrival and departure on the attendance register for your child's room when delivering and collecting your child from the centre. Please make contact with a staff member when you arrive and also before leaving the Centre. Children are not to b left in the foyer area or in the room alone. All children are to be brought to and collected from the centre by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years.

At the time of enrolment, you will be asked to nominate anyone other than yourself who will collect your child on a regular basis. The list of people with access to your child may be changed by written notification. When custody disputes occur, it is particularly important to keep this list updated. A court order must be sighted before we can legally deny access to a parent/guardian.

If you arrange for someone we don't know to collect your child, you must complete an "Authorised to Collect" form which you can obtain from the office. When complete, please submit this form to your child's classroom teacher. Please ensure that this person has appropriate identification with them.
